There has been so much speculation whether CSC transferees whose AOS were approved without interview would be called for interview when they apply for removal of condition. I think it would be interesting to compile a list of those transferees who have sent in their I-751s so that we can track which ones will or will not be called for interview.

Hi Eau_xplain: maybe some people thinks that only the CSC transferees are the only ones that can be added. I thinkkk so.... lol

About my status you could change it to pending, they already received the biometric on Sunday.

You do know that you can apply 90 days before your 2nd anniversary as a conditional resident, right?

My 90 days don't start until 3rd August. I will be applying then, have all the things prepared here and ready to go!

Our AOS was expedited to California and approved without an interview. We filed the removal of conditions on April 4th at the Texas Service Center. So far the fingerprints are done and we are just waiting for the case to be processed. Please add me to the list!

When was your I-485 touched?

Strangely enough, my I-485 was also touched in January -- exactly one year after the approval date.
(I haven't filed the I-751 yet.)

I just checked the online status of my (and my son's) old files and our I-485s were both touched in January 2007. I'm guessing they're moving old files to their new centralized data center.
