I AM FILING FORM I-864A INCLUDING MY HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS MY FATHER

NOW QUESTION IS MY FATHER FILED HIS TAX WITH MY MOM WHO ALSO HAPPENS TO LIVE IN SAME HOUSEHOLD
DO I NEED TO FILL ANOTHER I-864A FORM (HOUSEHOLD CONTRACT) OR I CAN ONLY USE MY FATHERS?
