Our interview went without a hitch... well, mostly anyway! end result was APPROVED, and hurry up and wait for the mail, lol. We'll write up a better review tommarow or so.... still a little braindead from the 10h drive home =)

Next step for us i guess, is to review a few other timelines in life, and choose between finishing up our 130, or doing an AOS.... or if there is even a choice.

Still on the phone with Allie he told me all about sitting and talking with you both. We have been wondering all day how you two did today. We were so happy to see that you were approved. We are still on that cloud, I think we will be for a long time to come. We are looking forward to the day I pick him up at the airport and finishing up all the rest of the details and such for our big day July 7th.

Keep going with the CR-1. IMHO, the cost of flying back will outweigh the hassles and additional costs of AOS. Your I-130 is already at NVC being processed so stick with it.

Congratulations!!! I am planning on going the CR1 route too. Right now both AOS and the CR1 looks like they are gonna cost the same when you factor in Flight back to MTL. However if you file before July30 you could save a few $$ but there is always that possibility that you could get stuck in the black hole called FBI Namecheck (thats what Im worried about)
