Hmmm that's odd....only other alternative I can think of is to phone them.

this one might work... Montreal-IV/DV@state.gov instead of montreal-iv-dv@state.gov

i had that problem last year when I tried emailing them then i tried the other email addy and it worked and I did mention on the site related discussion board that the email was wrong back then, I guess they never changed it unsure.gif

ok, i just changed the email addy on the Montreal info page

Thank you to everyone who responded to my question*S*.
PEGGY
Use the one Sharon posted. There almost the same. One just has the capital letter for Montreal.
*Marilyn*
that one doesn't work..... you need to use this one Montreal-IV/DV@state.gov there is a " / " inbetween IV and DV instead of a " - "

Hmmm, used my gmail account to email them and this is what I got back, so I re-emailed from my work. I'm a geek by trade and I'm not even sure wth that means.

I would edit out the case number which is personal information... this is a public board and a lot of people have access to this site, even non members.

This is what I have been emailing to and have gotten through with no problems. The last time I emailed them though, was about a month ago Montreal-IV-DV@state.gov

Ok, trying that one. I used the IV/DV because I had read on another thread that that was the one. blush.gif

I emailed that address from 3 different addresses, after each failed. Any suggestions? I've emailed Montreal-IV-DV@state.gov from one of my addresses to see if it fails, but I couldn't get to the IV/DV one to save my life.

Thanks, I did, only 1 of 4 can receive messages, everyone else is full, so I emailed that one and reported my post.

Thanks everyone!

So, what's the consensus on this email adress? I used teh IV/DV because it was posted elsewhere that that is what should be used, and all bounced back. I've only sent one to IV-DV and haven't gotten it back yet. Fingers crossed.

Peace ~
