I just read the entire proposal, if they really can initiate this........it would be amazing.

Seems very Utopian, I hope they do it. I think even just a portion of it would be great.

WTG USCIS. I really hope they can make this happen within a few years because it would make things so much easier. And making legal immigration easier seems to be really, really important to quite a lot of folks.
