My husbands case was denied in may but i have a question i'm not sure about i have a family matter i have to deal with and i may have to move out of the state i'm living in to go help with the family problem would that hurt my husband visa and how could i go about changeing the address for the noir? if anyone has any experence with this please let me know

for how much time do u need to go to resolve the family problem ?
moreover , if u are the petitioner i dont think that will harm your husbands case
i would really wish some senior member can tell more about this .

i'm unsure on how long it is going to take with the family problem but if anyone can give me advice on this it would be helpful and thanks in advance
