I wanted to ask if anyone know about a Customer Service CSC/USCIS where i can call and talk to a person instead of automated Status which never gets updated. Mine still says "Documents mailed to Applicant" since Jun 05, 2007 . Any Suggestions ? Thanks
I think its the same number as automated service ... if its the same number then is there any particular option inorder to talk to someone in person like a representative.
OK i got it ... have to call with in business Hours to get live support. thanks

You have to call during business hours and follow the instructions for "Changing your Address". I think press "1" for english, then "2" for changing address, then "1" to speak to customer service. This will get you to a live representative you can speak with. But they really can't help you with anything other than telling you to wait.
