Hi guys...just wanted to see how many of us here are March filers with April NOA1s that are dated between or close to April 12 and April 20. Most of our fellows here that have NOA1s during the first week of April have had approvals already or their NOA2. My NOA1 was on April 12 and still no touches or any updates at all and I would like for those who fit in this category or timeline post here and know what are your status now. Let's help each other out and pray for each other and wish everyone good luck.

I'm not sure where you're getting this information from, only one April Filer has received NOA2 so far. the rest of us early April filers haven't even gotten touched yet.

Hi there! Our I-129F was sent March 31st and got our NOA1 on the 10th of April. Just a touch on April 14 and no updates after that. VJ timeline says our adjudication date will be on July 17...but I'm hoping to have our NOA2 earlier. I guess most of us April filers are on the same status now..so don't worry yet!

Hi We are in the same boat as the rest. We got our NOA1 April 10, no touches, still waiting for NOA2. I even called USCIS and they say it takes 6 months. But some have gotten a touch already and NOA2. So what is up with that?
We are still waiting. Our timeline says July 17 our petition will be adjucated too. So we hope for it soon. We are in our 82nd day of waiting.

I got my NOA1 3rd April,no touches no nothing so far. Hang in there,we will get our approvel very soon.

They received my I-129f on March 21, 2007. Notice date was March 28, 2007 and I think I was touched on April 4, 2007.

No touches since then..............

How do you add on your timeline that you've been touched?

I don't think you do. I think most people just add it to their signature.

You cant put it in the statistics timeline really,all you can do is write it in comments on the Statistics timeline.
If you want to write a touch into your timeline under signuture then just edit your signiture.

105 days and still waiting was touched on 6/29 and 6/30 I beleive that my files were handled and the data base was updated on the weekend seeing since the touches occurred after midnight It looks like on weekends and holidays they update their database

I guess when the database is actually working. It's very hit & miss from what we're seeing.
