Hello everybody !!

I have been confused.. Folowing I-129F form instruction I sent I-129F to Nebraska but I have realised that cases has been transfered to California ( not mine yet) should I sent to California instead of Nebraska or we have to do this way and wait to them to transfer the process.
Our NOA1 from I-130 came from California ?
Any help please !

NO. Just make sure you follow the instructions. When they transfer cases, that is a internal decision and you will delay your case if you leave it open to interpretation.

I sent mine in to Nebraska and it was forwarded to California. Took about 3 months and a week to be approved.

Yes I already sent to Nebraska but for some reason i thought i have done something wrong.. Ok internal decision i understand !
Did they let you know that the case was transfered and how ?

I am so curios because i live in Brasil and mail takes ages to arrive here ! 30 days.
It will be very difficult to check my case on line since i do not have any idea where my case will be !
