I am just trying to stay ahead of all the paper work and while I was filling out the I-134 I came up with some question and I was hoping that you all could help me with them. Now I know some of these questions will have you rolling your eyes but please be patience.
Line 3 of page one: That this affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person: (My question is – Do I put my name or my fiancée name?)
Then about five lines down it ask for my spouse name do I put my fiancée name there?
Line 11: That I intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person (my fiancée) in line 3: (Do I put what I have sent her in cash and deposits I made into our joint account.)

The affidavit is submitted on behalf of the visa applicant.
If you are not married you do not have a spouse.
The question is asking what you intend to provide to support your fiancee after she arrives in the USA, not what you have given to her in the past. As a practical matter, experience has shown that how you answer the question makes no difference for a K visa applicant.
