https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/Processtim...eviceCenter=CSCThey updated the processing time AGAIN today on June 18, 2007. Now, there is NO I-129F listed in Nebraska, and it is back at CSC! VSC filers can breathe easy I guess.
What next? "I'm going through an existential meltdown."

is it just me, or does CSC seem like they're f*cking with us now? Maybe they're actually conducting a psychological experiment to discover just how much bs people will take from a government agency.
Has anyone here read Kafka's The Castle?

I'd call them, you're pretty close now, and this is crazy.

So what about those that called and were told that the petitions are being sent to Nebraska? I think I am just going to stop worrying about it because it seems the USCIS can't figure out what they want to do.

Those people probably talked to the same USCIS people who insist that vj members with NOA2 who've filed after january are all liars. I wonder if they just pull people off the streets to work in the office for the day and tell them "just say whatever you want to the people who call in. If they ask if cases are being transferred, tell them we've outsourced the processing jobs to the moon."

Inconsistancy, as usual. The woman that told me that they are being transferred also told me that I was approved Saturday. I hope she got that part right....

Good grief, now I'm gonna go crazy until I receive the letter from NVC. Just when I thought the hard part was over, I gotta worry all over again.

Unfortunately, statuses are often not updated online.

I wouldn't worry about it, she has actual control over what she sees in front of her ie: your petition. Policy issues and administrative moves to another service center, I doubt.

The processing times are off even for CSC. They routinely list a 6 month processing time to cover themselves, so they're basically meaningless.

I spoke to a customer service rep this past week, and was told they have no record of recent action on my case (a return of the app from the consulate). They told me to wait 120 days before I check on this again. My online information from USCIS is not updated.
Is there no way to email an inquiry to CSC? Are there no direct connections to the Service Center? How do we get someone to trace our file??!

Blue Surf,
Have your Congressman or senator contact the service center. Ask them to request the status of your case. Have them specifically ask if your case is expired or request a chance to rebut the consulate's decision. It took 3 months for CSC to tell me that my case was expired when the consulate returned it and I may file a new one.
good luck!

If you look at your own timeline, it tell you when your case will be adjucated. So now you will have to be patient and wait until July.
