I hope that somebody can help me here. We are at about the NOA2 stage. I understand that we will need police certificates for everywhere where my fiance has lived since the age of 16. She has lived in Peru and the USA. She can get the Peruvian police certificates no problem, but does she need the US certificates?

No USA certs needed, the consulate will take care of that, they have access to the FBI.
