I am divorced from my first husband and I remarried here, but kept my maiden name on my GC and all documents like US ID and Social.
But, my passport (from my country) shows my former married name, and they said I can't change it for some reason,and it's gonna take awhile to do so...
they told me to use what I have now in travelling... which was fine with me, as I have to travel soon abroad, and I do not want the processing to be a cause of delay.
My question is: will I be fine to travel abroad, with these diff names on passport and GC? Will I have to show my former marriege cert + divorce?
Will that suffice?
