We mailed our package to NSC on April 26th. From the back of our cashed check, we got our receipt number, however, NOA1 is yet to be received. Based on our receipt number, online case status indicates that our petition has been transferred from NSC to CSC on May 23rd. It appeared that NSC no longer handled I-129F according to its processing dates table on USCIS website.

Okay, this is fine. As about a week ago, CSC was still processing I-129F under its service center processing dates table. But today when I checked, I-129F disappeared on CSC processing time table. Anyone notices? And I-129F shown up under NSC's processing time dates. What's going on??!! We are so pissed off. Does this mean that our petition was first received at NSC, it's then transferred to CSC, and as CSC is so backlogged, all cases being transferred to NSC. This is so messed up.

Anyone knows anything about this crying.gif

The most horrible that we are waiting for NOA-2, but from where? and how long it will take now?
Quinn
i wouldn't get too worried about anything until we see some sort of official statement saying all files are now being transfered to Nebraska....or someone actually gets their NOA2 from Nebraska, after having filed at CSC.

NSC hasn't processed I-129Fs in a long time. But they are still sent there and automatically transferred. It's normal and it takes a long time to receive a paper NOA1 or 2.

Chances are high that someone just made a mistake on the processing times table.

Petitions are indeed being transferred to NSC. I called. (I don't know what the cut-off dates are though. I only stayed on long enough to find out I was approved Saturday!)

We're discussing it here:

Well I called and I was just told something different...the guy I talked to said, 'there was no indication of any CSC K-1 applications being moved to NSC'. He also said about 5 other people he talked to today asked him the same question and he told them all the same thing...not sure if he's just clueless or if it's true.

Also found out, 'my case is still pending' whoop dee doo!!

Hmmm....well, inconsistancy from CSC is not surprising. She also told me that they were processing receipt dates of March 22, but my receipt date is March 23 and someone else with a receipt date of march 26 said they were approved also. It sounds like today or tomorrow for you.

Yeah they fixed it today. USCIS just likes to give everyone a panic attack or an ulcer from time to time smile.gif
