CSC updated their processing times and now I am really confused. First of all they added all these different categories for the I-485, but there is none for the AOS based on marriage, but the ones they have, like employment based are all updated to March 15 2007. Last status was November 13.
Is that for real?? A 4 month jump within not even 4 weeks since the last update?
That would be good for me since I filed in December 2006...but my portfolio still shows no touches or updates........

Any suggstions or thoughts about this??? unsure.gif

IS it time now to get a Congessman involved or should I maybe try and just email CSC? Does anyone have the correct email adress??

Thanks in advance!!

Just forget about the processing dates, you'll live life with a lot less stress if you do.

Really - they're completely meaningless for you.

Not sure, they were pretty accurate for my K-1 and my EAD....but in this case I HOPE, they are meaningless, anything else would be so frusterating!!! wacko.gif

Ach! That's so frustrating, Nadine.

I'm sorry your case hasn't been touched yet. But, at least you know it shouldn't be toooo long now if they're processing Nov cases.

Good luck!

All I have to say is ughhhh and I'm sorry you have to wait so long.
USCIS....I have a lot to say about them - but I can't write it on a public forum.

I wouldn dwell to much on the dates. Our case was hardly touched and the next thing I know I got an email stating they approved us. I agree with the PP, try not to focus on it too much, could happen at anytime. Seems to be no rhyme or reason how they do things. I am sorry its taking a bit longer then expected.

Yes, but its not clear that any webpage has dates for I-485 processing for family based cases. I've been told as others have here that the only processing dates on web sites are for employment based categories and basically everything other than family based green cards.

You'll struggle to find anyone on here I think who's AOS approval coincided with any date on the USCIS website.

Staring all day at processing dates won't make your case process any quicker, which is why I advise against it!
