Got my NOA2 on May 30th. Sorry for the late post but my pc was being fixed. I hate being without a pc during this time and no way to find out what is happening. Of course it took 14 days to get to NVC but once they received it they gave me my MNL number and sent it to Manila on June 15th. Things are finally starting to move now. For all those March filers, hang in there it will be here before you know it.
