Are we supposed to pay 4200 INR at the chennai consulate or at VFS office when we submit packet 4?

We had the same question! My guy took the fees to the VFS office but they would not take it. They said fees should only be paid at the Consulate.

Get a DD at HDFC, that is what the Consulate prefers.
