Does anyone know why USCIS didn't include I-129F on Processing Times upated page as at 15 June 2007? I checked CSC status and didn't find I-129F...

Why

They are not working with I-129F now?

It means there is no vacancy....all I-129F processing is suspended until 2035 to control the US population. Kidding!
Who knows...speculating doesn't do any good...all you can do is wait....like me.

Since all the K1's from the Nebraska and the Texas SC's are being sent to the CSC maybe they were too swamped to stop and determine the latest dated application for the update. (Let's hope) I hope they just keep moving and geting our apps approved as quickly as posible.

Very strange...Is it at all possible that Nebraska is going to be the only service center doing I-129F's for the time being? Who knows the reason why that might be.

Just looked at the California service center website:

Wow, something must be going on huh? Vermont doesn't have the I-129F listed listed either. It was my understanding from their press release last year that the TSC/NSC petitions were to be moved to CSC temporarily at that time. The mailing instructions were never changed on the forms when the new form came out in February, so that would make sense that it would be/was temporary. I guess it is rather unexpected though to not see processing times for Vermont and California. I'm sure we'll hear something in the next week about it.
Also: the USCIS press release from May 23rd ? indicated that they were "supposed" to have the data entry and notification system back on track by June 15th. That was all part of the "unprecedented" numbers of the H1B petitions being processed.
What is interesting on the NSC case status is that they "claim" to be at February 12th with the petitions, which I suppose is better than November or December....but with the missing info from the other Service Centers it is hard to believe anything.
I'll keep praying and crossing fingers.

maybe the reason why we have seen so little movement lately is that they have been "moving house" and now everything is in Nebraska. Just a thought.

You mean the illegals took all the slots for the next 25 years?
We need some "comprehensive immigration reform" death penalty by hanging if you hire an illegal. That would keep them from coming here and get rid of all that are here now.

I think basically they can do whatever they want to do unfortunately. I just can't see how they could have all those petitions go through one service center. According to the Vermont service center, they aren't doing I-129F petitions either.

Well, I don't think they're worried about anyone's wedding plans. I can't imagine how this will speed up our approvals. Maybe it will for those behind us, but for us I can only imagine that they will have to set-up shop before beginning any adjudications.

One would assume there would be touches, but with the past 2 months being so sporadic and unreliable in terms of the data entry and notices, who knows.
If on the other hand they are moving them, we have to remember that Nebraska historically (until spring of last year) was doing the K-1's and this will only be a move for them.
I wouldn't start dreaming doomsday just yet, the service centers have made errors before in their reporting. Hopefully if there has been a change they will make a press release within the next week.

I would agree, if that were the case EVERYONE would be seeing them. Right now the touches seem to be in line with the usual adjudication time periods. I have 68 days into the process, I'm not going to seriously start looking until day 90 or so.

I mailed my I-129F to NSC on 5/24 and received electronic receipt on 5/25 signed by F. Heinour. I called today, after waiting ½ hr I finally spoke with a woman who sounded totally clueless. First she said they were updating the websites because of errors ….then she said they were sending the I-129F’s to CSC because they were the fastest when I told her that only the NSC listed the processing times she said “oh maybe their sending them all to the NSC “, “ but madam you just said they were sending them to CSC “ bottom line I’m more confused now then I was before I called.
