HI everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could provide an example of what I am supposed to say with my I 134. Since I am a University student I was thinking that I have to provide a letter stating why I havent made income because I have been full time.....Did any of you provide this and if so what should i state in it.

You could include a letter if you want. But most importantly, you need a co-sponsor in order for the visa to be approved.

No. I didn't earn enough in 2 out of the past 3 years because I was a college student or living abroad. However, I started a new job in the U.S. in 2005 so didn't bother including a letter about the past, since my current earnings are more than enough.
I did think about it - but realized it was just extra paperwork and unnecessary.

Hi:

I am a full time student as well. I wrote a letter explaining so. I also got a letter from my college on their letter head.

This is what I included in the body of my letter. Hope this helps.

"My name is .................. I filed K3 visa petition for my husband, ................... I am a full-time student at .................. I did not have any income in the year 2006. Hence I did not file the income tax return. My father, ................., is willing to provide affidavit of support as a co-sponsor. Hence, I am herewith enclosing an affidavit of support given by me as a sponsor and another affidavit of support given by my father, .................., as a co-sponsor. I am also enclosing a letter from my college, which states that I am a full-time student."
