I just checked the processing times for the California Service Center to see if they'd been updated yet. They have indeed, but I don't see a listing for the I-129F times. Does anyone know why it isn't listed?
We filed in April so I know we still have a bit of a wait before we get our NOA2, but I like keeping up with the dates of those application they are processing - it helps give an idea of just how much longer we can expect to wait before they get around to us.

If you were checking USCIS website for processing times, it can be so miss leading. What they put on there is not too up too date. When I was waiting for my NOA2 their website said processing for petitions in May 2006 and this was in November 06 that I was checking. I got the NOA2 in Jan. I would not worry about what their site says, just have in mind it will approx take 3-4 months to get it. It will be different for each individual, but I would say on average I see people get them from CSC in 3-4 months.

I'm wondering about this too. I know not to take into heart what the site says, but I was checking and there is no I-129F listed on the California processing times page. However, they are listed if you check the Nebraska processing times page, and it gives a date of Feb. 12, 2007 for the receipt date for the K-1 and K-3s. It's rather strange, since I didn't think Nebraska processed those and that's why we've all been forwarded to California. However, it's good to know they actually update this stuff once in a while.
