my wife has her MBE, but she noticed that the address on the outside of the package was our old address. all of our immigration related paperwork has been delivered to our new address. so the question is, should she point out that the address on the MBE is incorrect at the POE, or should we just followup later to make sure they have our correct address?

All I can tell you is that when we went through the POE, the MBE was opened by the officer and the envelope was tossed and all documents were placed in another folder.
