Usama was told by the man at CIB that he has to go online and submit something telling the embassy that he paid the $100.

I have never heard anyone say this. Is this right and if so I don't see any link where he would do this.

I never heard of that before either. When my fiance went to CIB he paid the $100.00 and sent in the receipt with packet 3 showing that the $100.00 was paid. He made a copy of the reciept and kept copy for his self for his records. Sounds like your husband is getting things done that's great!

They probably had no clue. I don't know why they're giving out advice anyways since they're just the bank. Their job is to take the money. The end. lol
