Hello everyone!

I recently sent off my I-130 package for my wife and today saw where the USCIS office has cashed my personal check for the processing fee.

Does this mean that I will be getting my NOA1 soon?

What does it mean?

Thanks!

You should get the NOA1 in the mail soon, yes. Should, meaning I got both of mine with 2 or 3 days after the check cleared. Others waited a week of more. You can get the receipt number off the back of the check and see when they sent the NOA1 and when they receipted your case. The receipt number is on the back of the check and begins with WAC for California Service Center and EAC for Vermont service center. Good Luck!
