My interview is scheduled for this Friday and I was just going over everything to make sure all is in order. Just noticed that my fiance filled out an I-134 that was downloaded from uscis website and NOT the one that was issued by the Montreal Consulate. Am I panicing for nothing??? This whole process is draining me!!! I'm about to go crazy!!!sad.gif

Thats what we did and everything went just fine.

He had done a mistake on the first copy and the week before my interview he filled up the form again from the website, printed it, had it notarized and sent it to me express. They never questionned it at the embassy....

and honestly, I have NEVER, EVER read anywhere on THEIR forms and instructions that it had to be THEIR sheet, and anyways all the other forms we ever submit for this process are printed from their website.... This is from the VJ instructions, and not doubting about anything, but there is so many things that have changed in the past year, like the electronic filling of the DS-156, etc that I would be really surprised that they would not let you print the form yourself.

Good luck! good.gif

I've previously e-mailed Montreal specifically about this and they assured me that using the I-134 form from the website is perfectly fine.

Thanks everyone!!!! Had my interview yesterday and it was a breeze. Although I was panicing a bit because I forgot to bring my fiances bank letter stating information about his account. No one asked for it. Im estatic right now. One tip to everyone is to get there REAL EARLY. It amazed me how quickly to consulate became packed. Thanks again!!!
