mumbai embassy told me that they sent packet 3 to my wife on 18 may (in gujarat) and as of now it still has not found its way to my wife's house. My wife printed out everyting online, fillled it and sent to embassy anyways! I have seen few cases, where they do not get packet 3 in the mail at all..!!!! I hope my wife atleast gets the interview letter in the mail

Hey soni, how did you end up attaching the two photographs onto the DS 156? Just staple one on top of another?
Also, how did you verify Mumbai received the case? Did you call them? Any tips on getting through?

hey vikasap,
I just stapled two photos together on ds-156 form.
I just email them and they usually reply the next day. Try emailing them first. I just asked them if they have received our file and they said yes! lets see what happens on this 15th. they usually put a list up for the next month interview calls. I will find out if my wife will get an interview or not in July

it doesnt matter if she didnt receive tell her to use stategov downloaded form and tell her to send it to the embassy

why oh why did i not send in my packet 3 as soon as mumbai had the case. god dang it!
