Hi
My interview is on 27th June..In new delhi consulate...
I have read on this forum these days there are lot of Ap's happening....
does it apply to CR1 also....
Ours is a clear case..We are having same regional back grounds.Normal age gap...i.e. 25 and 21...hindu Traditional indian marriage.....proofs given like wedding nd non-wedding snaps, hotel bills...some emails....
my wife's income is sufficient with sponsor.....
The only thing is i was working outside india nd for that i have submitted foreign police report...i brought it when i left that country six months back....i hope it should be valid...
I wanna know wat percentage of CR1's applicants go in Ap's...
Is there any way to avoid it....
Are there any proactive steps that can be taken to avoid that thing???
Pls Help....

Sounds like you have everything in order with no "red flags", I think you will be fine!
Just give them as much paperwork as you can (emails, flight tickets, photos, etc.) - better too much than too little! That is the only proactive step I know that you can take.
I don't think anyone has done research on how many applications go into AP, but it is a very SMALL amount. I think generally the "red flags" alert them (big age difference, very short time knowing each other, recent divorce, etc.) as well as things like having a very popular name which gets caught in the name check.

they never give an ap/ar if all your documents are in order
unless until u have a name hit .
