want to know thediffrence between NONE AND N/A(not applicable)
does it matter which one to put or not in the forms??

NONE means there is none like apartment number, middle name, A# on a visa petition ect. Question applies, (You could have a middle name, apartment number, A#, but you don't)

N/A mean dose not apply, like a question that applies to another type of visa not your situation. Question does not apply.
