Yes, I got it just after that! It was funny because just a few days before that I got an email from the Consulate saying they would schedule an appointment in September. I emailed back asking if I could have an appointment in August (figured it'd be worth a try), and next thing I knew, I had an interview August 7th! I was hoping to go over for the interview, but don't think I'll make it that soon, so now I've just got to get all the affidavit of support and evidence I have in an envelope ready to go.

Thanks guys! Interview went "swimmingly" as Dan said! Approved and all - should have it in hand within the week. We're hoping he gets it before the weekend so he can fly over on Sunday. Looks like we'll make the August 11 wedding after much, much stressing about it!!! Thanks for all the support from you all. I don't know how people go through this process without it.

Count down to interview time....

I leave on August 10 to be there for the interview and arrive on August 12!

The interview is on August 13 and hopefully they will allow us to pick it up the visa instead of waiting for delivery
