I was born in Oman (as an Indian Citizen) and am having a tough time contacting the Embassy of India in Muscat, Oman. My emails keep getting returned to me as a failed delivery attempt and am wondering if anyone knows of another way to request my birth certificate. I have also written to two consular agents in Oman so hopefully something comes of that...

have u tried calling the embassy there?? im not sure how to go about it, with your emails getting returned........wishin you the best of luck.

Gonna see if the two agents I emailed contact me this week and if I don't hear anything, gonna call 'em

Sigh.. I wish I could just order a Birth Certificate like everywhere else online!
