After 45 long waiting days, we were able to talk to somebody at USCIS. We filed on April 24, got USPS delivery confirmation for April 27, then we waited, and waited (call several times but they said we had to wait for 45 five days) on May 25 the cashed the check but there was not a case number on it!!! So we waited and when the 45 days dateline arrived we got some answers!!! The issue NOA1 on may 18 and mail it on the 21st (we haven’t received it yet), still have not been touch once but at least we know is there.
So thanks for all the support messages, and I hope everybody waiting for NOA1 get it soon!!

Still nothing for us. I mailed, 5/14, check cashed 5/22... when i log on to the site (after obtaining the #'s on the back of my check) it states the a notice was mailed to me on 5/18... then touched 5/29....but it is already 6/9 and nothing. Should I be worried? Do you think it got lost in the mail?

Hello...this appears to be a "waiting game" and little we can do to change it! But, we congratulate you and wish you a speedy journey in the process. I mailed my I-130 to TSC on May 30, 2007...they received it on June 1, 2007...so our wait begins for the NOA1!
By the way, how does everyone add their timelines to the bottom of these posts???

Did you get your NOA1 yet? I saw online that mine was sent on May 3rd, but I still haven't received it. I did call and they said they would send another one, but it hasn't arrived yet.
I was just wondering what was in a NOA1 and should I be sending somthing back to them?
