Hi you all I have a question. We started DCF in Germany, so in that moment my husband (USC) resided in Germany. Meanwhile he left to the new duty station in US, so in the moment I had my interview on the Affidavit of support my husband's address was the new address in the States. My question is, he still has to send the I-865 Change of Address?

No, if you have his current US address on your I-864, then he does not need to send I-865.
