I came into the country from the UK as a k-1 visa last year and am now currently awaiting AOS. My current work permit expires in November and I need to get the ball rolling on a renewal. Please help. I'm a little lost. What form do I need to fill out and what do I need to send with it?? I know I should send the top portion of the letter they sent when my last card was issued, but other than that I dunno what else. HELP!!

You need to fill out the I-765 and two new passport pictures, as well as the fee for processing, $180. You'll also have to do another biometrics. If you file on July 30 or after the fee will increase to $340.
