now i have a question as well....maybe im blind, to old or just blond but i cant find it

You will have to file for an EAD when (or after) you file for AOS. If you do not receive your EAD before your K-1 expires you must stop working until it is received.

Does somebody know where else i can get these temporary 90day work authorization. Is it just JFK or are there more APTs ??
I am going to Seattle. Does someone has expirience??

I've only been on this board for a few months, but from my reading JFK is the only POE (Point of Entry) that stamps the Visa with an EAD. Otherwise you have to file- which can take up to 3 months.

But, my dilemma is, that when we marry, the EAD stamp is void, and he has to stop working until we get AOS and EAD.

I am not an expert- but I believe this is the case. (Caveat- some employers will allow the JFK/EAD until the AOS/EAD approval so that there is no interruption in working) We're hoping for this!

I have read that DFW sometimes does it, as well as most of the land crossings between USA and Canada.

I don't think so. Everything that I read says it will expire the same day as the expiration date of the K1 visa.

Correct Temp EAD is tied to the I-94 and is not voided by marital status change. If K-1 apply for EAD either with AOS or after AOS not before.

as far as I know is JFK the ONLY one. I got my 90 day work permit there as well. Good luck.

JFK is the only one that does it with any consistency. There have been sporadic reports of other POE's but nothing like what JFK does.
