why would they transfer my I-129F to California when I live in Pennsylvannia I thought it would of gone to Vermont. I don't understand this, that matter who does.
my husband lives in PA too. Originally, our I-130 application was sent to Vermont Service Center but a month ago, they moved this to CSC.

You are lucky, that your case is transferred to CSC. K-3 approvals in VSC take longer than in CSC.

From time to time the service centers transfer cases around depending on work load, CSC seems to have a lower load than VSC so the case went there.
if that's the case, i wish they'd transfer our I129F too...
