hi all ,just wondering if anyone has known of k-3 approval ,and then denied aos in USA ? this happened to me ,just trying to gather info ,thanks.

Denied for what reason? Were you missing information or something bigger than that?

does that mean you are here in the states now and were just denied AOS?

did you not receive a reason at all?

you had posted earlier you were denied a K 3 due to 212-d-3-a-2-a-ii-i

I was approved in London after filing I-601 to get a K-1 visa.
Are now applying for AOS.
