Does anyone know if Packet 3 and Packet 4 checklist can be downloaded from New Delhi embassy embassy? I know what I need to send but I am concerned about the checklist. Mumbai has it on there site but I can't seem to find it on New Delhi's.

Unfortunately, I have not gotten anything yet. They told me that Packet 3 was mailed to my wife and my lawyer on May 24th. My lawyer has not received it and I can't imagine it making it to my wife in India. My wife is sending DS-230 Part I, two copies of DS-156, two pictures and copy of her passport to Delhi tomorrow. These are the instructions I got from Mumbai embassy. I hope it is OK. I am hoping that they receive in next couple of days and schedule the interview in July.

Since it has been so long, can't she just go to the Embassy Information desk and request a copy of Packet 3? Also, have you tried e-mailing the consulate? i think their email address for the Immigrant Visa Unit is ivnd@state.gov

Well, I read here somewhere that it doesn't hurt to mail Packet 3 if you do not receive it. So, I am having her send all the documents. Let's see what happens.

You might also want to add to the bottom of your list a Statement section, such as the one I saw on the Mumbai Packet 3. I would change BMB to NWD though.

Well, she sent all the documents via DHL yesterday. Does anyone know what day(middle of the month etc) embassy schedules the interview.

Cool! Thank you very much for your work. I hope they schedule them after June 20th. Packet I sent should arrive by Monday that will give em about 2 weeks to enter it in the system and hopefully they will schedule my wife's interview in July sometime.
