Hi Guys,

I just used the e-filing system online at the USCIS website to apply for the advance parole.
I thought it might quicker to do it this way..

has anyone else used the online form to submit their AP ? What was your experience like?

Thanks!

Instructions for Electronically Filing Form I-131

I found it quickly on USCIS site, click "file online" from homepage Then "Forms Currently Available for E-Filing" then Click I-131

PCKAA,

Probably not. If you submit the application by post all of the required supporting documents are with the application right from the start. If you submit by e-file the supporting documents still have to be sent by post, and when they arrive the USCIS has to find the e-filed application to put together a complete case file.

Well i sent off my AOS today by USPS and completed the e-filing online for advance parole, so I will wait and see how long the process takes, and whether its any quicker or not.
They take payment online also via credit card or checking account, and the form is just the same online as the printed Advance Parole application, so it will be interesting to see how long it takes them to get back to me...
