So everyone has "touched" on their timelines, what is touched? And does touched show up on the uscis website when you are checking your case status?

Well thank you!!! At least I know a touch with the USCIS is a good thing
or it COULD be an RFE
. note that some people never get touched and thats not a bad thing either.
