say 2 copies. We know that when u fill this form, it generates a barcode. My que is since they are asking for 2 copies, should i fill the form 2 times? like getting the bar code generated 2 times? or jus filling it once and making copies of it ?

Fill it 1 time and print it twice, the bar code on page 3 just contains all the data entered into the form and will be the same if the data is the same.

Is it required to fill the form online with a barcode? Is it ok if I fill the PDF and print it out without a barcode.

The online form generates a specific barcode that contains all the data in the form, the barcode is scanned by the interviewing officer and this prevents data entry errors, most consulates are now requesting that the online form be used.

It generates a PDF document that can be saved for later printing.
