If they have received it, you can obtain your case number and if they have not recived it, then you will be told by the automated message that they have no record of it and it is still at CSC

Except that the automated system never has any information on K3 cases. You can call but you need to speak to a real person on a K3 case. Use menu selections 1 then 5.
