Thanks for all the help u've given me. I have two questions (for now)

1. My wife is the US citizen who filed the fiance petition. Now that we're married do I use her maiden name on the I864 (affadavit) or her married name?

2. Do we have to file separate affadavits for myself and my son who came as a K2?

I'm the USC and a woman and I decided to use my maiden name on the I-864. We mailed off the AOS paperwork 2 days after we got married and I hadn't officially changed my last name.
I thought it better.

She should use whatever name she is going to use now that you are married.... if she plans on continuing to use her maiden name then that would be what she puts on the forms or if she plans on using her married name then that is the one she should use....
