en este foro usamos ingles porque hay gente que no habla espanol y va a recibir mas respuestas cuando la gente te entiende.

tambien, recibiste muchas respuestas en el foro de latinos y gente caribe - si necesitas usar el espanol, debes hacerlo alli. cuando la mayoria del foro no te entiende, hay gente que va a ponerse enojado.

PERO - nuestra entrevista era en abril y era facil. la entrevistadora nos pregunto' cuando nos encontramos, como era nuestra boda, que hicimos despues de la boda, y ella pregunto' a mi esposo 'que es su direccion?'

ella le aprobo' en este momento y la tarjeta llego' a nuesto condominio despues de tres semanas.

P.S. I don't understand the "English only" rule AT ALL.

Well, English is the language of the USA, the country to which we all are emigrating to, or live in. Another reason is that the majority of us all speak English on this website, be it our first language or even our second or third.

Lastly, if you want to speak in another language that IS fine, but it means that the subject will get moved to the regional forum of where that language is spoken and more help can be gained from individuals who can speak and understand said language.

Many of us here don't speak this language, therefore we cannot help, although I know we would like to.

Personally, I'll answer Spanish posts all day long but I know some people are going to get all about it.

There is nothing wrong with it in the regionals. Speak Spanish all day long, for as long as you want!

ESTOY DE ACUERDO . ya estoy en el foro latino, dejame solo, yo digo. dios mio, yo respondria (espero que es correcto ayy) a entradas espanolas en los foros que no son regionales tambien.



cuando ajustes de K1 o B2 o F1, et cetera, no recibes un CR1. CR1 es una visa inmigrante que se convierte a residencia permanente condicional (por dos an~os)cuando entras el pais. En estas partes, decimos 'eliminacion de condiciones' por el proceso de recibir la residencia permanente de diez an~os (lo siento no se hacer los acentos ni tildes en esta computadora).

Asi que cuando alguien decir su ajuste de estatus, significa el viaje de non-inmigrante (no se exactamente como se dice en espanol) a inmigrante, o de visa a la tarjeta verde!

okis. entonces cuando uno hace tramite de la condicional permanente a imigrante permanente (cr1 --> ir1), como se dice?

eliminacion de condiciones. cuando llegas con el CR1, se convierte en residencia permanente, y despues el proceso es el mismo de un K1, B1/B2, F1, J1, et cetera. tu estatus no va a cambiar de CR1 a IR1, porque son VISAS que son nulo cuando entras porque despues de entrada no eres un poseedor de visa no mas - eres un poseedor de una tarjeta verde, o residencia permanente. por ejemplo, mi esposo ajusto de B2 a residencia permanente, y en dos an~os tiene que eliminar las condiciones, y su B2 visa no es valida no mas. Es el mismo con un CR1-cuando recibes su residencia no vas a cambiar a otra visa.

ay esas cosas son tan malas. no traducen bien y solamente confunden a todos. ahhhh

si yo no lo supe que no empezo en el foro latino. pues ni modo!!! ya no voy a hablar en ingles un dia mas. y peor vivo aqui en wisconsin. pero no me importa, cuando alguien me habla, solo respondo en espanol, en la calle hasta mi trabajo, no me importa!! y no entiendo niguna palabra ni mierda en espanol. es puro milagro que estoy escribiendo esto. supongo que es porque estoy bravo y todas los pinches episodes de dora the explorer por fin se vale algo.

i did not know this did not start in the latino forum. well to me it is not important. from now on i am going to speak in spanish only. and worse yet i live in wisconsin where noone speaks spanish. when someone talks to me i am going to speak and respond in only spanish, from the street straight to my job. it doesnt matter!! and worse yet, i dont understand one damn word of spanish. it is a miracle i wrote that in spanish, unreal!!! i suppose it is all the damn episodes i watched with my sister of dora the explorer and just how mad i am. my fingers just took over. i have no idea what that says up there, at all. but i am pissed, i am never speaking in english again.
