I married my wife here in the States on her fiance visa. Now, we want to apply for EAD. Do I apply for the EAD under the K1 even though we are married now??? Thanks...Stinger
You file for EAD as "Adjustment Applicant" either with AOS, or after AOS has been filed.

Depends - are you applying for EAD before applying for AOS or, as YuAndDan assume, with or after applying for AOS? It makes a difference.
Advice - do it YuAndDan's way, as an adjustment applicant, not as a K1.

Thanks...i figured it out!!!! (after AOS). Just one last question though....do i fill out application with her "new" married name???? Thanks...

Yep, I assumed after AOS due to the OP's signature showing overnighted AOS 4/12.Depends - are you applying for EAD before applying for AOS or, as YuAndDan assume, with or after applying for AOS? It makes a difference.

You use married name if that is what she wants on the card, and is what she will be going by.You are well past I-129F NOA1 shown on your timeline, please update it, the statistics helps others.
