Well, calling fellow March Fillers in California Service Center.

Its our time now & it seems that CSC is moving faster for the past few weeks. Some applicants got their NOA2 as early as 70th day (from the date of NOA1).
Hope the rest of us, will receive our NOA2s as soon as others did.

Make this thread a monitoring guide for us, how CSC does their work now a days..

I saw in the AOS forum that CSC seems to be moving quicker for us as well. yeaaaa...let's hope for speedy approvals from CSC.

i havent seen any K1 applicant got an approval today. tHOugh these were the latest that i've seen so far & what amazed me is the number of days they had from the date of NOA1.

YES YES, nothing has made me so positive. Seeing March filers get their NOA2 within 90 days is an amazing trend!....that spike in the chart.

Yup! Got our email today - approval date of yesterday, actually! Hope they keep on rolling them out!!

Received approval today..March filer...no touches..just an approval e-mail at 10:30 eastern time.

Congrats to all of the March Filers!!!! It seems as if CSC is picking up steam! The only problem is, sometimes they notify you, sometimes they don't. Some get hard copies of NOA2 and some do not. Either which way, just as long as they approve, Everyone is happy!!!

i just receive a new email from another applicant, they just got their NOA2 as well..
hope we receive ours too.....soon!

Hehe - good reason that TSC and NSC are following along with CSC. Unfortunately - ALL of us are transferred to CSC. TSC and NSC forward all petitions on to California upon receipt. I had changed my profile at one time to CSC, but Ewok mentioned in another thread that it should be the Center you SENT it to, rather than the one that was processing it.

our I129F got approved this morning 64 days after the CSC received our petition!

Hello Fellow March Filers,
I looked at the stats since December, and Texas and Nebraska have a higher purpotion
of NOA 2's even thought they are done at CSC. Does anyone know why they appear
to get priority over the California people?

I just recieved notice that we were approved on May 31. They must have been working overtime Thursday!

I am a kinda March filer but got my NOA1 April the third. So yeah I dont know where to put myself really lol.
I have also noticed they seem to of been working a little more than they did,lets hope they keep up the good work and spit out some more approvels for us all

Here's my guess - the TSC and NSC folders are put into the same bin on arrival. May just be luck of the draw that they were pulled off the shelf of waiting first. Dunno - someone else mentioned it looked that Texas and Nebraska was getting NOA2 sooner, but no idea why.

It seems they are processing cases sent by folks to TSC and NSC in late Feb, and then these folks got NOA1 from CSC.

I don't know what is going on at CSC. I gave up trying to figure them out many weeks ago. It is useless and too stressful for me to try. All I know I am at 90 days and waiting. I am praying for our NOA2 anytime now. I really think this is the worst part of the VISA process; waiting for NOA2. At least when it goes to the NVC and then on to the embassy, you are couting down the days intstead of counting how many days you have been waiting.

It is kind of weird to see fellow VJ'ers getting NOA2's when they filed two weeks after me; however I am sincerely happy for them. But in the long run and the big scheme of life, one of these days this will all be behind Sao and I and we will look back with empathy for the people then going through the long and stressfull process.

Thanks, I have been lucky, and yes it was a quick transit from CSC/NVC/Manila. I just hope it doesn't slow down. I am ridin that wave!!!!

You may be using outdated links. They've restructured the website. You should be able to check it at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp now.

The new website/link seemed to be down this morning. Its up and running. USCIS had also posted an outage notice on their mainsite (althought they messed up dates about when the site would be up...they said it would be up morning of Monday june 3rd )

March Filers recently received NOA2 - how long does it take to go from CSC to NVC? I received my NOA2 on 5/24 but was lasted touched on 5/29. I am assuming my case did not get mailed until 5/29 - how long can I expect it to take before it reaches the NVC? I called on Friday, and nothing yet...

Hey Congrats! I am in the exact same boat as you! Approved on 5/24, received hard copy 5/29 and touched on 5/29. I have been calling NVC but nada. Please let me know when yours gets there and I will do the same!

Sounds like a plan! I have tried the automated system (though I have read K1s arent registered here). Spoke to someone on Friday, but nothing. I will probably wait til Wed or Thurs of this week to "try" to speak to someone again. Will still check the auto system daily.

I was also last touched on 5/29, and I called NVC today to speak to someone and they told me it arrived today. So I would try calling tomorrow! I had to call about 30 times to get through to a live person though.

I would like to express that it has been joyful seeing the progress on March filers. I can hardly wait for the next step of the process.

I can see a few NOA2s for filers that were ahead of me by one day... It's about time....

hi alexandra8886 and other CSC March Filer, we filed Late March and got our NOA1 April 3rd, and June 3rd we rec email stating we got approved June 1st (NOA2), now waiting for NOA2 hardcopy.... from NOA1, took 59 days... sit back and relax, NOA2 is coming for everyone pretty soon

Still can't through to the NVC. I did send them an email - anyone have any idea how long they take to respond? They are open for another 45 mins or so and will probably try another couple of times.

I finally got through to the NVC and still nothing. And THEN she tells me it can take up to 90 days to go from the CSC to the NVC. I said well it is most likely a couple of weeks right? And she just no, up to 90 days. I was like why would it take 90 days to go from California to New Hampshire? Well that is something you will have to take up with the CSC. I just said thank you and that I will keep calling....
