Is the CSC finally moving? there seems to be quite a few from January now being approved...dare we start getting excited?

sure would be nice! Everytime I check the website and see December 31 I just sink a little further!

Yeah, the December 31 date was really not too accurate. An I am usually the first to complain about their slowness, however, they really have never stopped working. Just that they process more papers for people that don't post on this forum than they do ones that are on here, so when we don't see any here, we think they are not working. Gee, the wait must really be affecting me, saying something good about CSC! no0pb.gif

Looks like it. We got our I-130 approved. K-3 is still waiting.

While I'm concerned that the date hasn't been updated, I do take solace in the fact that the VJ graph shows a downwards trend in NOA2 time. I'm hoping the next update of the I-129F says, "March 1" smile.gif
