I just received the NOA1 from my I-130 but they didn't cash my check out yet. Well, I didn't not send any Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage... because I didn't have those list, I just sent a bunch of pictures of me and my wife( We've been together for 3 yrs. ) We just got married on January and we never lived together. should i sent the I-129F now ? thanks for your help
I'd say file your I129 with a copy of your NOA1.

You CAN file the I-129F now. You did send a marriage certificate, right?
