When completing this form I have questions and concerns

I only want this form incase I have to travel or to go during the Thanksgiving Holidays to Peru

1. Part 3 I put a departure date of June 3rd '06 and lenght of trip 14 days. Is this ok or should I put that
I need to travel sooner.

2. I gather I am applying for Advance Parole and go right to Part 7 in the application

3. In the USCIS instructions it states to give an explanation as to why I need to travel. What should I put
as to why as right now I don't have to travel, but want it incase.

4. Also instructions state to include a copy of USCI receipt of evidence that I have filed
adjustment of status. I am sending the AP in with the AOS... so how can I supply it ??

When completing the form for AP you really don't have to give too much details, just make it simple.

For part 3 on Date of Intended Departure, we put "UNKNOWN" because at the time we were not sure when we were going to be using the AP.

Expected Lenght of Trip, we put 2 to 3 Months, again because we were not sure for how long we would be there.

For my husband's reason for his purpose to travel was to "Visit his eldery mother while his AOS is in Pending"

And as for sending a copy of the USCIS receipt of evidence, we sent an addition photocopy of the form I-485/AOS with the I-131/AP to show that we have applied for AOS together.

June 3rd will be cutting it close, it usually takes right about two months, then a week or so before you actually get it, so I would plan to travel in early July instead.

wow I applied for mine already in January for traveling in July
and I did not get an answer yet.

I named the reason for visiting my grandfather because he has health issues. And I also mentioned Holidays as reason
