thank you for your time. My question now is this. we have 129 and 130 approved,interview date july 14th-comming home july 28th. so we will then file aos? and that is going to cost 1110 dollars? (I-485??) thank you for your input

yes unless you can file AOS by end of July (postmarked).
not that the new 1110 fee is a package fee which includes AOS, EAD, AP and biometrics
End of June, not July. and it is ONLY $1,010.00

Good Point, Not everybody needs the AP or even the EAD for that matter.
When We filed for my wife we filed for EAD although she wasn't working and didnt need to, we thought EAD would arrive sooner than it did. In retrospec, we propabably would have waited for her GC. & not paid the extra $ for EAD

Fee Increase takes effect JULY 30, so anything postmarked before July 30th does not apply to new fee structure
