I was wondering if anyone going thru mumbai embassy sent in their packet 3 before they got it in the mail from embassy..?? I have been emailing the embassy and I keep gettting different answer all the time..first time I emailed them, I was told that they already sent out packet 3,,second time I emailed them, they told me they will send packet 3 sooon. I emailed them again yesterday night and they told me that they already sent our packet 3 on may 17 (only 3 days after NVC sent our case..)..neways long strory short,, I wanted to go ahead and get the packet 3 online and send it in... has anyone done this..?? I think it should be okay.? neways let me know what your thoughts are...

You can download packet3 from the website and submit. You don't have to wait for the packet3 send by the consulate.

Just talked to my wife and told her to get the papers ready in an envelope ...another question though..do you know how you assembled your packet 3. basically I am not sure how to attach the 2 photographs? did you attach both of them on the packet 3 instructions or put it on ds-156 form? neways let me know thanks for your help
