lavander,
You can list your 401k (if you chose to do so) on the I-134 under 'other' but keep in mind, it's cash/liquid value is less if cashed in early and you'll need a statement showing its value.

If your income (and/or other assets) meets the meet the minimum requirements - you might not need to list it here.

Not sure about the bank validation - it's been asked before - I believe it will be OK, but better off checking in a more specific forum..

Hope this helps good.gif

If your income exceeds 125% of the poverty line then assets like 401K dont need to be listed on the form, my income is above 40K so I only provided income data.

In our case this what the I-134 included.
  • I-134 signed and notarized.
  • Tax transcripts from the IRS for past 3 years, (Redundant for the (1040,W2,1099) but are free from the IRS
  • Photo copy of IRS form 1040, and W2s for past 3 years
  • Letter from my employer stating annual salary, job responsibility, and that is full time, on company letterhead.
  • Photo copies of past 6 months pay stubs up to a few weeks before the interview.

As for the payment validation, I have read that before and have not seen anyone have a problem, it is proof of payment, and the DS-157 is turned in to the embassy anyway.
